Abandoned because she was old, a puppy has a total transformation in life!

A puppy left on the street is really lucky!
A puppy named Victoria was mercilessly abandoned on the street, after being classified as too “old” at the age of 10.

The whole incident took place on the outskirts of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. After being left on the street, the puppy had a lot of bad luck, urgently needing the consultation of a veterinarian. Fortunately, an animal rescue association called “Finding Shelter Animal Rescue” heard about her situation and decided to save her.

Gradually, after gaining confidence in people, she underwent a thorough check-up at the vet because her condition was not very good.

Then, unfortunately, Victoria began to show signs of a disease called “Canine Degenerative Myelopathy.” The doctors’ verdict was a bleak one, as she had less than a year to live.

After learning the devastating news, Herbert and his wife decided to do for her everything that would bring her a drop of happiness: to give her the life she never had. They started a campaign called “V for Victoria”, a list of all the things they thought would make their remaining days more beautiful, trying to make the most of their time together, extremely short.

Victoria’s list also included being invited to a radio show and becoming an honorary K-9 officer!

Fortunately for them, a local fire department heard about the puppy’s story and decided to give her some completely memorable moments. They organized an extremely beautiful parade, where she could feel the appreciation and love of the people around her.
