A ninety-seven-year-old woman entered hospice care because she wished to die at home. Her sisters decided to take care of their aged sister after finding it out.
After learning that their older sister only had a week to live, the sisters decided to come together and take care of her as they would only have one more opportunity to see her.
The sisters, all of whom were in their nineties and beyond, had come together to share the last days of their older sister.
They showed each other how much they loved each other without fail as they attended to the needs of their elder sister.
The sisters had hugged and kissed their older sister, and combed her hair. Until her passing, they made sure their sister knew how much they loved her.
Through Love What Matters, Nicole Hauff had shared her grandmother’s story and special experiences.
Hauff revealed that her grandma wanted hospice care so she could spend her final days at home. She was content that her four sisters would be there to look after her until the end.
