UPDATE: 10/18/2023: After shocking the world with excerpts from her highly anticipated memoir, a source is speaking out on Justin Timberlake’s behalf.
After the public learned that Spears aborted his unborn child, the insider adds that Timberlake’s attention is now on his wife, Jessica Biel, and their two children.
“Justin has been focusing on his own family and trying not to concern himself with Britney’s memoir,” the source told Entertainment Tonight. “In recent years, Justin has tried to be supportive of Britney from a distance.”
“They dated so long ago, but he still has respect for her. Justin and Jessica just want everyone to grow and evolve instead of continuing to bring up the past,” the source continued.
People are shocked by the disclosures in Britney Spears’ memoir even before it has been made available to the public.
Many of her fans are shocked by how transparent Spears is being, despite the fact that the complete book hasn’t yet been released.
Spears asserts in the book that she became pregnant with Justin Timberlake’s child between 1999 and 2002. As you may remember, Spears and Timberlake were dating during the height of their respective music careers.
Spears claims in the book that when Justin found out she was expecting, he said he “didn’t want to be a father.”
“It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated,” she wrote.
“But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”

That’s when Spears and Timberlake decided she would get an abortion. They were both still teenagers at the time.
Now, fans are reading into her 2003 hit, Everytime. The music video hints at a tumultuous relationship and even highlights a woman giving birth as Spears watches on from the doorway.
Many now believe the video and the song are symbolic of her relationship and pregnancy to Justin.
Spears grappled with the decision, adding that she was raised not to get an abortion. TMZ reports that it was a decision that haunted her for years.
Today, Spears is a mom of two, though her relationship with her two sons remains strained.
Timberlake and his camp have yet to respond to the allegations personally. Spears’ book, The Woman in Me, is set to be released on October 24.
