Most folks were concerned for all the correct reasons until they noticed one small detail.

The optical illusion was created by the girl carrying a bag of popcorn in her hands.

At first glance, it appears like the girl has not been fed in weeks, but without leaping to conclusions and taking a close look at the image, we can see the bag of popcorn.
