  2. Almonds: 100 g. Soak in water for 3 hours.
  3. Raisins: 100 g.
  4. Prunes: 100 g.
  5. Dried Apricots: 100 g.
  6. Lemon: 1 whole.
  7. Baking Soda: 1 tablespoon.
  8. Honey: 100 ml.


  1. Eat 1 teaspoon of this mixture every morning after breakfast.
  2. Keep it refrigerated.
