  • potatoes
  • oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • non-iodized coarse salt

In a large pan, sprinkle the fried potatoes with vinegar and coarse, non-iodized salt until they are evenly covered. Then put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees. Good appetite!
