On another occasion, an older woman waited peacefully for a space in a crowded parking lot. But then a young man in a brand-new red Mercedes rushed by her and stopped into the same spot she was looking at.

The elderly woman approached the man, upset, and declared, “I was going to park there!” The man responded arrogantly, “That’s what you can do when you’re young and bright.” The elderly woman giggled at the brilliant comment, which highlighted the generation gap.
